What We’re Looking For:
- Must be based in Gujranwala
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business preferred MBA or ralevent field.
- Experience in bakery or FMCG sales is a must
- Strong background in field sales, distribution, and retail operations
- Excellent skills in team handling, market visits, and sales reporting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and market understanding
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Monitor and increase sales performance in the region
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Provide timely market feedback and reporting
