As a successful Financial Analyst, you will:

• Prepare, manage, and track invoices accurately and on time, using a fully manual process.

• Ensure high attention to detail in all financial records and documentation

• Assist with accounts receivable and payable tasks, ensuring timely reconciliation

• Support monthly reporting and assist in developing internal financial processes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial databases, including manually inputting data

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow- ups and clarity around invoicing

• Contribute to building scalable financial SOPs and documentation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or operations

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong grasp of financial accuracy

• Strong analytical thinking and basic calculation ability

• Good command of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

• Familiarity with invoicing or accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal English communication

• Ability to follow structured instructions and collaborate remotely with distributed teams
