- End-to-end recruitment (including social media hiring)
- Conducting interviews and onboarding
- Managing overall HR operations and compliance
- Employee engagement & performance evaluation
- Supporting leadership in HR strategy and planning
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the BPO industry
- Relevant education in HR or Business Administration
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
