Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to export shipments.
  • Coordinate with operations, documentation, and shipping lines to ensure timely execution of export shipments.
  • Prepare and share shipment status updates with customers.
  • Follow up with clients for required shipping documents and approvals.
  • Address customer complaints and provide swift resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
