We are seeking an experienced scientific writer to join its growing team. PROCIDA-I serves pharmaceutical and biotech companies who receive daily, customised alerts on regulatory topics.  

Essential Education & Work Experience Requirements

• An advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline is required; a medical degree is also acceptable.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in contents creation within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or journalistic sectors.
•  Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech sector in regulatory affairs, medical affairs or medical writing
• Experience as a science journalist can also be considered.

Job Requirements

• Excellent grasp of English, particularly written.
• Ideal candidate to possess previous medical writing experience or journalism in the science sector.
• To summarize and upload to the PROCIDA-I database regulatory information published daily by the major regulators: EMA, European Commission, MHRA and FDA.
•  Ability to work independently with agility, accuracy and under pressure.
• The medical writer is expected to create up to 20 database entries daily.
• Core working hours will be 9am to 5pm UK time, although some flexibility may be required.
