We are seeking a highly strategic and driven HR Manager to build, lead, and shape the Human Resources function of our growing organization. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and systems that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a deep understanding of HR best practices, organizational development, and employee engagement—capable of building the HR function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR, talent, and organizational matters.
• Analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
2. Policy Development & Compliance
• Create, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop systems for performance management, discipline, and grievance handling.
3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Design recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels.
• Build efficient onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new hires successfully.
• Forecast staffing needs and plan for succession across key roles.
4. Performance Management & Development
• Create and oversee performance management frameworks that align with business objectives.
• Design career progression and development programs.
• Promote a culture of feedback, continuous learning, and performance excellence.
5. Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement
• Foster a positive work culture based on the company’s values.
• Plan and execute employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.

• Develop competitive compensation structures and benefit programs.
• Ensure fair and equitable salary reviews and incentive schemes.
• Benchmark industry standards and implement appropriate changes.
7. HR Operations & Systems
• Implement and manage HR systems and software for record-keeping, payroll, and analytics.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Lead internal audits and ensure data confidentiality.
8. Training & Capacity Building
• Identify training needs and create learning & development plans.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver training sessions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial or strategic roles.
• Proven experience in setting up HR departments, policies, and systems.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
• Proficient in HRMS and data-driven HR practices.
Preferred Attributes:
• Experience in startup or scaling businesses.
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR).
