| Job Description: |
- Execute daily financial transactions including foreign currency receipts, purchases, sales, remittances, utility bill payments, and fund transfers.
- Process, verify, and document transactions ensuring compliance with KYC and CDD guidelines.
- Maintain high customer service standards by minimizing errors and delays in cash handling and transactions.
- Prepare and file vouchers for daily operational activities in compliance with internal policies and SBP regulations.
- Support Booth Manager in preparing and submitting daily operational reports related to cash activities.
- Handle, sort, and store cash following SBP’s cash sorting guidelines and internal protocols.
- Perform daily cash balancing and reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate closure of cash counters.
- Interact with FICEC HO operations to resolve transactional issues and ensure efficient processing.
- Assist Booth Manager with additional tasks as required.
- Adhere to security protocols for cash handling, including secure transportation of cash.
- Ensure security measures are in place, including safes, counters, and CCTV systems.
- Report discrepancies or security concerns promptly to the Booth Manager.
- Monitor and back up CCTV recordings as per established protocols.
- Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal operational standards.
- Participate in audits and prepare necessary reports, staying updated on SBP regulations
