| Job Description: |
We're seeking experienced, target-oriented leads professionals who excel in outbound calling and thrive in dynamic, results-driven environments.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of outbound telesales experience on an international campaign
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong computer skills and typing proficiency
- Minimum educational qualification: GCSEs or equivalent
- Excellent spoken English and clear verbal communication
- In-depth understanding of sales techniques, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Familiarity with UK GDPR and call compliance regulations (preferred)

- Skilled in objection handling, upselling, and persuasive dialogue
- Strong negotiation skills and resilience in the face of rejection
- Ability to quickly adapt communication style to fit customer needs

Role Details:
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Saturday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Half-day)
- Job Type: Full-Time Office-Based
- Compensation Package:
- Basic Salary: PKR 70,000 – 90,000 (based on experience)
- Incredible Commission Plan – OTE up to £150,000+
