| Job Description: |
We are seeking a results-driven Finance Manager to join our dynamic team, specializing in project financial reporting and feasibility analysis, with a strong focus on construction-related initiatives. This role is instrumental in providing financial insights that support decision-making, optimize project outcomes, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and analysis of project financial reports, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis for construction and capital projects.
- Develop comprehensive feasibility studies and business cases to evaluate the financial viability of proposed construction and infrastructure initiatives.
- Partner with project managers, engineers, and operations teams to provide financial oversight throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor and report on project budgets, schedules, and risks, ensuring timely escalation of financial concerns.
- Support capital expenditure planning and ensure alignment with financial controls and internal approval processes.
- Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support strategic investment decisions.
- Prepare and present clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and implementation of best practices in financial project reporting and analysis.
Job Requirements:
- ACCA, ACA or CFA 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong background in project finance or construction accounting.
- Proven experience in feasibility analysis and capital project reporting.
- Proficient in financial modeling tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with executive leadership.
Preferred:
- Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of project management principles and software (e.g., SAP S4 Hana).
