Job Description:

We are looking for a Female Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office and ensure a seamless experience for visitors and team members alike. In this job role, you will be responsible for greeting guests, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the team in office management duties. As a crucial part of our team, you will work closely with various departments, providing timely and efficient assistance to support daily operations and ensure a pleasant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and assist all visitors
  • Create a positive and professional first impression
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring smooth office scheduling
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Keep records and maintain employee directories
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
