• Consistently “test & learn" ways of improving ROAS from social media ads based on the new trends.


• Implement rigorous test frameworks that measure the incremental impact of social media marketing on online revenue and sales.


• Develops engaging, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.


• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking and audience identification.


• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.


• Able to generate maximum targeted traffic to website and increase organic reach of social media posts using various social media optimization techniques.


• Analysis social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.


• Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.


• Develop and assist with the implementation of actionable strategies for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Pinterest.


• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
