a. Leading strategic planning and institutional development
b. Assess and acquire affiliation from a reputable degree awarding institute
c. Developing new academic program (curriculum content) and facilitating affiliating university in approving the curriculum from HEC
d. Developing or reviewing or simplifying outcomes assessment (quality assurance) processes for program and non-academic departments as suggested by the affiliating university
e. Academic program design as per existing infrastructure and finances set aside by the Company
f. Design & deliver a 5 year plan with KPIs
g. Spear head faculty evaluation, faculty development, hiring and institutional management
h. Recommend to the company relevant competent personnel’s for aiding the consultant in documentation and carrying out the plan
Qualifications:
- Five years of combined experience in the following: delivering successful professional development and/or consulting services in a higher educational environment; teaching and/or curriculum and instruction experience
- Market specialization preferred
- Knowledge of current educational trends, research, and state-specific requirements
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment
- The ability to plan, organize and prioritize job responsibilities
- Results-oriented, analytical and serves as a change agent
- Exhibit effective and timely written and oral communication skills
