Job Description:

1.      Designing, developing and implementation HR Policies and Procedure within the organization as approved by management.

2.      In-charge for the HR Operations for all employees.

3.      Assist in planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and arrange interviews.

4.      Setting up, monitoring and then tracking employee probationary periods.

5.      Monthly updating Organization Structure, Monthly Head Count.

6.      Maintenance of the Personal Files and Documents of employees in soft and hard form for all type of workers.

7.      Monitoring and maintaining the details of attendance & leave records.

8.      Handling employees Confirmation Process.

9.      Supervise to prepare the Database and Salary of all employees and new joiners.

10.  Managed the monthly payroll system of all employees including all compensations and deductions.

11.  Manage the increment process of employees.

12.  Supervising activities of the Time Office and maintenance of attendance and leave records, necessary for processing payrolls of employees.

13.  Developed and maintained personnel record systems in accordance with current legislation.

14.  Updating Policies & Processes.

15.  Assist in Designing and implementation of Performance Management process which is doable to give us extraordinary results.

16.  Co-ordinate in organizing training and development programs for managerial & non-managerial employees.

17.  Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.

18.  Day to Day Grievance Handling.

19.  Co-ordinate and Manage Administration department with the consultation of management e.g (Security Department, Housekeeping, Mess & Accommodation)

20.  Developing reports for senior top management.

21.  All other task assign by management.
