Viralwebbs is looking to hire a complaints and compliance officer to ensure that our operations and business transactions are in accordance with relevant legal and internal rules. Potential candidates must have degree of LAW from a reputable UK institution. Following skills are required for this particular position
· Good communication skills (verbal and written).
· Deal with resolution and reporting of client’s complaints.
· Deal with any legal complaint filed by a client to ensure minimal financial impact to company.
· To ensure that all communication is done as per customer care procedures. |
