| Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for providing support to clients and partner Financial Institutions on settlement and reconciliation, Billing issues.
- Daily Financial transactions settlement reconciliation for all partner Financial Institutions using Internal and Network settlement reports.
- Co-ordination with Team in Monthly client processing Billing process.
- Co-ordination with internal teams to resolve any standing issue with regard to Settlement and Reconciliation.
- Ensure that Financial Operations team is maintaining all daily/monthly deadlines in terms of SLA.
- Other tasks/assignments
Education :MBA Finance/M.Com/BBA(Hons)
Experience:0-2 Years
Knowledge, Skills and Personal Characteristics:
- Willing to work at evening/night shifts (rotating)
- Excellent communication skills (English) both verbal and written.
- Basic know how about Payment, Card and transactions processing business will be an added advantage.
- Good basic Accounting and Finance concepts.
Specific Tools, Technologies or Equipment SkillsMust have a good level of skills in MS Office. |
