Job Description: |
We are looking for Trainee Recruitment Resourcers for Lahore Office. Full training will be provided.
Role: Trainee Recruitment Resourcer
Essential Requirements
- Educated to degree level with a good command of English (writing, reading and speaking)
- Degree in HR is preferable.
- Fresh Graduates preferable.
- Experience in Recruitment/Resourcing/CV Sourcing for UK job market is preferable
- Very good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word & Excel)
- Able to research using internet
- Able to use LinkedIn
- Able to work in a team environment
- Able to work Monday to Friday between 1pm – 10pm
- Able to work honestly and ethically
- A true professional worker with a positive attitude
- Highly motivated, very disciplined and very work focussed
Responsibilities:
- To develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment;
- To use candidate databases to search and match the right candidates to the client's vacancy, using different techniques of research such as Boolean strings etc.
- To advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts on various job boards.
- To search the best talent available in the market and provide it to the client.
- To Source and shortlist the candidates.
- To prepare and format the CVs to forward to clients regarding of suitable candidates
- To communicate with Clients on skype and email.
