| Job Description: |
| Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure payments against Subscriptions/ Tax Challans / Invoices from customers through follow-ups on calls/emails or otherwise
- To maintain effective relationship with customers through meetings/calls or otherwise to ensure smooth and efficient payment flow while addressing the concerns and queries
- To efficiently maintain customer recording including payments terms and schedules, credit notes, credit history etc through the billing system or otherwise.
- To coordinate with internal departments to address customer queries and amicable dispute resolutions
- To prepare and present (excel based) reports for management review
- Prepare and Present reconciliation reports and Customers Accounts Ledgers
- To maintain updated customer information including contact details etc at all times
Required Competencies: - Excellent Interpersonal Skills (Command over English Urdu Verbal/Written Communication with Strong negotiation and persuasive skills)
- Proficient in Using MS-Office and Internet
- Basic knowledge of Accounting (particularly Receivables Revenue)
- Graduate (Majors in Commerce/Accounts)
- Preferably 2-Years of relevant experience
