- Image building and promotion of the Institute through different sources.
- Supervise and Organize Coaching Classes in person regularly.
- Arrangment of Faculty Members for coaching at Lahore.
- Dealing inquires in connection with various matters received from prospective and registered students of Public and Corporate sector.
- Supervising payments and Accounts at the Center.
- Dealing with banks.
- Proper up keeping of office premises, equipment, furniture and fixture.
- Designing Marketing strategy synchronizing with academic sessions.
