Job Description:

a. Ensure all activities related to Internal and External Audit for continuous review and improvements.

b. Maintain and Ensure implementation of ISO 9001 Standardization related processes in the Company.

c. Maintain and process quality control work related to department.

d. Liaison with, and maintain the work related to Internal and External ISO 9001 Audit.

e. Process and maintain reports for internal and external audit objection to quarterly ensure removals of objections and improvements marked.

f. Prepare Market Research Reports.

g. Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
