Qualification and experience:
- Bachelors
- 5 years relevant experience (Home textile experience would be preferred)
Skills and Competency:
- Supervise and look after all the processes at the stores and proper disposition of dead stock.
- Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings with departmental Managers, reviewing recommended requirement forecasts and inventory goals.
- Must be results-oriented and a self-starter.
- Must possess strong communication and inter-personal skills.
- Must be organized, able to prioritize and multi-task, lead different teams and give direction to sub-ordinates.
- Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
- Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met;
- Responding to customer complaints and comments
- Good Team player , Punctual Honest
