Job Description:
  • Research US Federal and state regulations and assess their application/relevance to MTBCs operations/processes
  • Draft basic documents such as agreements, policies and research memoranda
  • Prepare and review compliance documentation and identify compliance issues that need to be addressed/resolved
  • Liaise with external counsel for efficient and effective conduct of litigation matters in local courts
  • Assist superiors in the review/audit of policies and procedures for different departments
  • Should have demonstrable ability to liaise with various teams/departments, including IT team, for designing and implementing automated solutions for various legal processes
  • Should be a self-starter and effective team member.

Required Skills:
• Excellent command over written and spoken English
• Proven research and analytical skills
• Fully computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project etc.
