| Job Description: |
- Research US Federal and state regulations and assess their application/relevance to MTBCs operations/processes
- Draft basic documents such as agreements, policies and research memoranda
- Prepare and review compliance documentation and identify compliance issues that need to be addressed/resolved
- Liaise with external counsel for efficient and effective conduct of litigation matters in local courts
- Assist superiors in the review/audit of policies and procedures for different departments
- Should have demonstrable ability to liaise with various teams/departments, including IT team, for designing and implementing automated solutions for various legal processes
- Should be a self-starter and effective team member.
